Glossop was handily beaten 3-0 by Bootle.
Glossop and Bootle played a hard fought first half performance but no real chances occurred. Bootle had a surefire penalty waved away, whilst at the end of the first half Glossop had a penalty saved.
Bootle came out the brighter of the two teams and scored an easy goal to give away from Glossops perspective within 30 seconds. Then proceeded to score from a poor Glossop clearance and that really took the game away from Glossop.
Glossop had a chance cleared off the line and lost Sek to injury but wouldn’t score as Bootle ended a stellar second half scoring a 3rd to finish the game off and win 3-0.
